Lacrosse WA is seeking suitable candidates to lead, develop and support the 2022 WA Senior Men's and Women's State Teams. The LA Senior National Championship will be held at Footscray Lacrosse Club, Melbourne, Victoria. Men's dates - 8-12 June, Women's dates 9-12 June.

Age Guidelines for Coaches
The age of head coaches for state teams shall be 25 years old at time of application or have considerable high-level coaching experience.
The age of assistant coaches for state teams be at least 21 years of age at time of application.
Application Process:
Download and read the relevant position description (PD) and selection statement (SS).
Complete the Selection Statement.
Send the PD, SS and Working With Children card to executive@lacrossewa.com.au

Coaches will be required to:
Enrol and complete the online coaching course Club Coach - LWA (thinkific.com)
Complete the Sport Australia: Community Coaching General Principles Course (https://www.sportaus.gov.au/coaches_and_officials/coaches).
Complete the following Sport Intergrity Australia courses: (https://elearning.sportintegrity.gov.au/login/index.php)
- Anti-Doping Fundamentals
- Anti-Doping for Coaches
- Illicit Drugs in Sport
- Ethical Decision Making
- Start Course
- Moral Duty or Team Duty
- Helping or Dobbing
- It's the Fans, Coaches, Sports Fault
- Introduction to Match Fixing
- Play By The Rules Child Protection and Safeguarding.
- Play By The Rules Harassment and Discrimination.
